Payment

$30 for the first camper, $20 for each additional sibling (up to 4 campers on this form). Walk-up registration is allowed on camp day, but walk-ups are not guaranteed a camp shirt — registering here ahead of time locks in your camper's shirt.

Send $30 on Venmo to @jumperbaseball (SHS Baseball Boosters Inc.) — Friends and Family only, not Goods and Services. Put your camper name(s) in the Venmo note.

Waivers & Sign-Off

Permission & liability waiver * — I give my child permission to participate in the Jumpers Baseball Camp and assume the risks inherent in sports activities. I release Somerset High School, its coaches, staff, and camp volunteers from liability for injuries arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence. Emergency medical treatment * — In an emergency, I authorize camp staff to administer first aid and, if needed, transport my child for emergency medical treatment, and I accept financial responsibility for that care. Photo / media release — I give permission for my child's photo/video from camp to be used by Jumpers Baseball and Somerset High School in posts, promotions, and local media. (Optional — leave unchecked to opt out.)
